Guidelines for the submission of abstracts
Abstracts should be submitted electronically. All abstracts accepted will be published in a special abstract book. Abstracts should be submitted to the Conference Secretariat as soon as possible and must arrive no later than 30 November 2010. Abstracts received after that date will not be considered. Your abstract should be no longer than 2,000 characters.
Please read the following guidelines carefully before preparing your abstract. Abstracts which have not been prepared in accordance with these instructions will not be considered.
1) Electronic submission is preferred – click here to submit on-line. If you need technical support please email nomindleftbehind.abstracts@congrex.com. Make sure you follow the instructions indicated on the screen. An acknowledgement of receipt of your submission will be sent to your email address directly after the completed submission. If you do not receive the email, please contact the Conference Secretariat. Changes to abstracts can only be accepted until the deadline, 30 November 2010, by using your Personal Page. From the conference website you can access your Personal Page by using your password included in the email received upon submission.
2) The preferred option is to submit your abstract via the website. Please visit the conference website at www.mindroom.org/nomindleftbehind where you will be guided through the on-line submission process. If you don not have access to the web or an email account, please contact the Conference Secretariat.
3) You can only be presenting ONE abstract.
4) The abstract should clearly state the purpose, methods and results of the study. Statements such as “results will be discussed” or “data will be presented”, will not be accepted. The abstract must not contain more than 2000 characters.
5) Abstracts will be reproduced as submitted.
6) Format and layout instructions; Please type you abstract in English, with the title using upper and lower case letters.
7) Type of presentation: There will be a poster exhibition
8) Co- authors: Please provide details on the abstract submission form.
9) Poster size: 120 cm x 90 cm wide
10) Notification of acceptance/rejection will be dispatched only to the main author on or before 12 January 2011. Authors must register with the Conference before 26 January 2011, otherwise the abstract will not be included in the Abstract Book and the Final Programme.
