Day registration fee
If you are unable to attend the full conference we are pleased to be able to offer you a day registration fee of £305.50 for Professionals and £152.75 for parents. (Prices include VAT). Please note that the VAT on the day registration fee will increase to 20% on the 4 January 2011.
Payment
Payment should be made in advance of the conference by one of the following methods:
- Mastercard/Visa. Please note that all fees paid by credit card will be charged in pounds sterling. For overseas delegates the exchange rate used will be that at the time of the transaction. No other credit cards can be accepted.
- Cheque or bankers draft, in pound sterling only, drawn on a UK bank and made payable to Congrex UK Ltd/NMLB 2011
Cancellation
Notification must be sent in writing to the Conference organisers. Cancellations will be accepted until 3 January with a refund of all fees except an administration charge of 25%. No refund can be given for cancellations received on or after 4 January. Substitutions of attendees can be made at any time.
Confirmation and Joining Instructions
Confirmation of registration will be sent to delegates whose payment has been received. In addition, joining instructions to assist you with your visit to Glasgow will be sent out by email approximately 3-4 weeks prior to the conference.
Data protection
Your name and address will be contained in the full list of participants available to all delegates, exhibitors and sponsors. We may supply names and addresses of participants to exhibitors and sponsors to enable them to contact you. If you do not wish to have your name included please indicate this on the registration form.

NMLB 2011 and it's agents reserve the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any arrangements, timetables or plans, or other items relating directly or indirectly to the conference, for any cause beyond it's reasonable control. NMLB and its agents are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of cancellation of the conference all pre-paid fees will be refunded in full. NMLB and its agents are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such cancellation. Delegates are advised to take out their own travel insurance and to ensure their policy covers personal possessions, as the conference does not cover individuals against their cancellation of bookings, or theft, or damage to belongings.
