Mindroom is in the process of compiling a ' Lay person's guide to medical terminology ' - trying to sift out terms used by the professionals , who often assume we understand the terminology.
For instance auditory processing, sensory integration, cognitive delay,fine motor skills

This is obviously a mammoth task and it would be helpful to have some guidance from you.

Simply email a list of the terms you didn't understand or know or suggestions of terms you think we should include.

Learning Difficulties in the Classroom : Research Questionnaire

Mindroom Bigger Picture Award
Established in 2006, in collaboration with prestigious American Journal of Attention Disorders. The award seeks to encourage research into ADHD and co-existing difficulties. The prize is provided to the authors of an innovative article contributing to an understanding of issues related to co-occurring psychiatric developmental and related problems in ADHD.
