Meet Alyson

I joined Salvesen Mindroom Centre in January 2020, becoming Chief Executive Officer in August 2020. After a successful career in similar roles, I was drawn to the heart of the organisation’s mission to support, inform and empower as well as their strong ambition to become internationally recognised.
In my role as CEO, I want to act as a voice for the children and young people with learning difficulties who often don’t get heard and their families. With our talented and dedicated team, we’ll champion and initiate positive change at all levels, taking this charity to its natural ‘next level’ and continuing our mission to create a world in which no mind is left behind.

This blog will document our journey.
