We are looking for an experienced family support practitioner to join our team.

This is a key role for our organisation, supporting the parent /carers of neurodivergent children and young people, and young people up to age 25, by providing information, advice and 1:1 support. The role involves telephone, SMS text and email communication, including Live Chat, and may include contacting professionals on behalf of families.
