Try route-tracking apps

Race cancelled but still itching to run? Sign up to Strava or another route tracking app and walk, run or cycle the distance anyway. Do it in one day, over a week or set yourself a bigger challenge for the whole year, then get your friends and family involved with sponsorship.

Ditch the paper sponsor forms

Set up a Raisely page to collect donations instead. Write a bit about what you are doing and why, set yourself a fundraising target and get sharing. You will get to see your total go up the more you engage online by posting updates on your progress.

Gather some friends and family for a video call-based virtual pub quiz. Whether it’s a Facebook Live event or a Zoom, Skype or Google Hangouts meeting, remember to include some information on Salvesen Mindroom Centre and ask your teams to donate to a Raisely page.

24hr live Twitch gaming challenges are all the rage. If that sounds like your kind of fundraiser, ask for donations to Salvesen Mindroom Centre. Sign up to Twitch for free and share the feed to your friends and family. Remember to take plenty of breaks, eat healthy snacks and stay hydrated throughout. Time to declutter

Why not sell your unwanted items online and donate the proceeds to Salvesen Mindroom Centre? Choose your preferred online selling platform and donate the money you make here or use eBay to list your items for free – select Salvesen Mindroom Centre so that we can automatically receive the money you raise.
