Lead a Mindroom Hub in Your Area

We are recruiting four Senior Family Advisors (Hub Leads) for our Whole Family Support Fund programme, in:

  • Glasgow
  • Dundee
  • West Lothian
  • Dumfries and Galloway

You will lead the hub in your area. You will hold a small caseload, co-ordinate day-to-day delivery, line manage a Family Advisor, contribute to monitoring and evaluation, and build the local partnerships that get families the right support at the right time.

You may be a highly experienced practitioner ready for your first management post, or already managing and keen to stay close to practice. Either way, you will build trust with families and work well with schools, health services and local partners.

Salary: £28,493 – £38,043, dependent on skills and experience.

Status: 35 hours per week. Fixed-term 1-year contract with continuation subject to funding. We are open to flexible working.
