Join us for the launch of ‘Thriving Workplaces: A Practical Guide to Neuroinclusion’.

We’re excited to invite you to the launch of our new guide: Thriving Workplaces: A Practical Guide to Neuroinclusion.

Developed through a collaborative partnership between Mindroom, our Neuroinclusion at Work partners, and the Prince Couple’s Foundation, this guide is rooted in lived experience.

It brings together the voices of neurodivergent individuals, carers, and employers to offer practical, meaningful insights into creating more inclusive workplaces.

This is not a checklist or a prescriptive toolkit. Instead, it offers a starting point for employers who want to make authentic and sustainable progress in becoming more neuroinclusive.

What to expect at the launch:

  • An introduction to the guide’s purpose, principles, and practical applications
  • A panel discussion featuring employees with lived experience of neurodivergence in the workplace
  • Hosted by Alan Thornburrow, CEO of Salvesen Mindroom Centre

Whether you’re just starting to explore neuroinclusion or want to strengthen your existing practices, this session will offer valuable insights and real-world perspectives.

The guide is free to download and will be available after the event.
