Your voice matters. Make it heard by joining the Young Start project

We’re excited to launch Young Start, a youth-led participation project bringing together neurodivergent children and young people aged 8 to 25 from across Scotland. This is a space to connect, share experiences, and make a meaningful change for neurodivergent communities.

Through peer support, consultation, and participation groups, young people will explore the barriers they face and work together to develop ideas and actions that promote understanding and neuroaffirmative change in our society.

Get Involved

At this stage, we’re now inviting neurodivergent young people aged 12 to 25 living in Scotland to join our participation groups.

Our Youth Groups

Young Group – In-person group in Edinburgh for ages 12–14

Connect Group – Online group for ages 13–16

Teens Group – In-person group in Edinburgh for ages 14–18

Neuropoint – Online group for ages 16–25
