We are delighted to share that Mindroom has been shortlisted for ‘Campaign or Initiative of the Year’ at the 2026 Neurodiverse Business Awards.

Our shortlisted initiative is a parent-led research project exploring the often unseen workplace impact of raising a neurodivergent child.

Developed through our Neuroinclusion at Work programme and led by parents and carers, most of whom are neurodivergent themselves, the research highlights a defining yet often overlooked workplace experience.

The full report launches in Spring 2026.
