Salary: £25,290 – £28,464
Status: 35 hours per week. Fixed-term to March 2027
Location: Hybrid. Predominantly home-based, with potential to work from the Edinburgh office and travel within the central belt required.

Mindroom champions all forms of neurodiversity and supports all kinds of minds. We are looking for a Children and Young People Outreach Specialist to join our team and provide person-centred support to neurodivergent children and young people up to age 25.
This is a meaningful and varied role in which you will work directly with children and young people through 1:1 support, advocacy, and transition work. You will support them in understanding their strengths, navigating challenges, and developing plans that lead to positive outcomes and improved wellbeing.
You will be a confident and adaptable communicator, able to build trust and respond to individual needs. You will work closely with families, professionals, and partners to contribute to high-quality, neuroaffirming support.
The role is home-based, with regular travel across the central region and occasional travel further afield depending on service needs.
