Parent and carer workplace survey
At Mindroom, we’ve just launched a new survey to hear directly from parents and carers of neurodivergent children about their experiences in the workplace. If this applies to you, your voice matters. Please consider taking part!

What we’re asking about:

·       The impact of caring on work and career progression.

·       Challenges parents and carers face day-to-day.

·       What support really makes a difference.

This survey has been carefully designed in consultation with colleagues, parents, carers, and external reviewers. It’s completely anonymous, no employer names are mentioned, and responses cannot be tracked. A report will be published towards the end of the year and shared with employers and policymakers.

Closing date: 19 October 2025, 5 pm
