September 16, 2026

You’ll provide confidential, one-to-one money advice to parents and carers of neurodivergent children and young people, across our Whole Family Support hubs in Scotland.

Many families raising a neurodivergent child face reduced employment, additional costs and real pressure on household income. You’ll help them understand their entitlements, claim available benefits and grants, manage debt, and feel more confident about money.

You’ll be an experienced money, benefits or welfare rights adviser, with strong knowledge of the UK and Scottish social security systems, and able to explain complex information clearly to families under pressure.

Salary: £25,290 – £33,767, dependent on skills and experience.

Status: 35 hours per week. Fixed-term 1-year contract with continuation subject to funding.
