Do you want to make a real difference in the lives of neurodivergent children and young people?

Mindroom champions all forms of neurodiversity and supports all kinds of minds. We are looking for a Children and Young People Outreach Specialist to join our team and provide person-centred support to neurodivergent children and young people up to age 25.

This is a meaningful and varied role in which you will work directly with children and young people through 1:1 support, advocacy, and transition work. You will support them in understanding their strengths, navigating challenges, and developing plans that lead to positive outcomes and improved wellbeing.

You will be a confident and adaptable communicator, able to build trust and respond to individual needs. You will work closely with families, professionals, and partners to contribute to high-quality, neuroaffirming support.

The role is home-based, with regular travel across the central region and occasional travel further afield depending on service needs.
