Lead the Development of Our New Family Support Hubs

You’ll lead the establishment and development of three Whole Family Support hubs across Glasgow, Lanarkshire, and the North of Scotland.

The three hubs are at different stages of development, so you’ll balance starting up a new hub with growing those already under development. You’ll line manage three Family Support Leads and our Money Advisor, oversee service delivery, manage the programme, build local partnerships, and manage monitoring and evaluation across the three areas.

You’ll be a highly experienced manager and an excellent communicator, able to build trusting relationships with families and engage effectively with a range of stakeholders.

Salary: £32,101 – £42,861

Status: 35 hours per week. Fixed-term 1-year contract with continuation subject to funding. We are open to flexible working.
