We are delighted to share Together Scotland’s new State of Children’s Rights Report 2026, which highlights case studies of organisations across Scotland putting a children’s human rights approach into practice.

This year’s State of Children’s Rights Report explores case studies of organisations across Scotland taking forward aspects of a children’s human rights approach in their work, in the hope of sharing learning and ideas.

Structured around the five principles of a children’s human rights approach – embedding, equality and non-discrimination, empowerment, participation and accountability – this report is a practical resource that will help Scotland’s workforce ensure they respect, protect and fulfil children’s rights #SOCRR2026

We are incredibly proud that a case study on our Neuroaffirming Neuropoint Youth Group has been included in the report. Neuropoint offers young people a safe, inclusive space to meet, express themselves and share ideas together.

Bright, welcoming meeting room with a large table, chairs, window seats with cushions, and a beanbag with a soft toy.
A neuroaffirming space to meet and share ideas together

The report is designed to be used as a practical and ongoing reference tool. By using the Contents page, readers can navigate directly to areas of interest, whether exploring the principles of a children’s human rights approach, learning from case studies, or accessing reflections and top tips on implementing children’s rights.
