Join Our Team Supporting Neurodivergent Children and Young People

You’ll work directly with neurodivergent children and young people up to age 25, providing person-centred support including 1:1 information, advice, advocacy, coaching, and support through transitions, delivered in person, virtually, and by phone, email, or text.

You’ll help children and young people understand their neurotype, identify their strengths and support needs, and build plans that promote positive outcomes and uphold their rights.

You’ll be an excellent communicator, able to build trusting relationships with young people and engage effectively with a range of stakeholders.

This hybrid role involves homeworking, travel across Edinburgh and the Lothians, with occasional evening and/or weekend work.

Salary: £25,290 – £33,767
Status: 35 hours per week. Fixed-term to September 2027 with continuation subject to funding.
