Accessibility statement

Why is accessibility important to us?

We know how important it is to get access to the support and information you need. That’s why want to make sure is a supportive, informative and empowering place for everyone.

We’ve been using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with difficulties, and user friendly for everyone. There are three levels of accessibility (A, AA and AAA). We have chosen level AA as our target, with the intention to reach AAA.

How are we doing?

We’ve been working hard and getting feedback on our website to make it accessible to as many people as possible and believe that we have achieved our goal of Level AA accessibility.

We monitor this website regularly and take accessibility into account whenever we’re adding new content, but if you find any issues, please let us know so that we can work on finding a solution.

We are always looking at ways to improve

If you find any issues or have suggestions to improving our website accessibility, we want to hear them. Get in touch by email at or call us on 0131 370 6731.

If you need information on this website in a different format, such as accessible pdf, large print, easy read, audio recording or would prefer to speak to us directly, please send an email to
